MOWERS’ CAMPAIGN TEAM. Republican Matt Mowers has organized his campaign team for his 2022 bid for the 1st Congressional District seat.

Mowers’ campaign manager for his second attempt to unseat Democratic U.S. Rep. She was a regional finance director for the National Republican Senatorial Committee in 2017 and 2018 and previously was finance director of former Sen. Kelly Ayotte’s campaign in 2015 and 2016.

Hubbert was also finance director of the campaign of 2014 Republican gubernatorial nominee Walt Havenstein and previously worked on a U.S. Senate campaign in Georgia and a U.S. House campaign in California.

John Callaghan has been named campaign aide. Callaghan most recently worked with former President Donald Trump’s election effort New Hampshire in 2020. He is a recent graduate of Great Bay Community College and is a Rochester native.

Also, Jon Kohan and John Corbett of Jamestown Associates are returning to work with Mowers in 2022 as general consultants, as they did in 2020.
